Terms and Conditions of TheInflationist
- TheInflationist does not endorse or vouch for the accuracy or authenticity of postings. We endeavour to research and present the information as it is, and our stock coverage and trades are by no means recommendations. Take everything on board with reservation, process the information and do your own research.
- No one is permitted to posts as a representative of a financial advisor (referred to as an AFSL Holder in Australia)
- Postings should be regarded as general information and not professional advice
- The internet have been used by many as a platform to provide deceptive or misleading information - if you have any concerns feel free to contact TheInflationist. The concept of TheInflationist Challenge is designed specifically to address the potential for online abuse or manipulation: ie to provide a transparent and quantifiable measure to the quality of ones postings. Even then, whilst TheInflationist attempts to screen all trades to verify them, there are potential for manipulation or inaccurate reporting by participants.
- you will have no access to ASIC-approved dispute resolution schemes to recover any losses you may suffer by relying on any of the content found in TheInflationist.com.
- If not specified, assume that TheInflationist has actual holdings in all companies in our portfolio on TheInflationist Challenge. TheInflationist intends to put his money where his mouth is - and risk actual financial losses (and public humiliation) for the sake of the experiment (yes ladies and gentlemen, this is experimental)
You agree not to use the Service to

- upload, post, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose;
- upload, post, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Australian Securities and Investments Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the Australian Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law
